At ITStore.pt, we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage on all repairs and installations.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Repair Services

All repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within 90 days, we'll fix it free of charge.

New Parts & Components

New components sold separately carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1-3 years depending on the product.

Installation Services

Professional installation services include a 30-day workmanship warranty. Equipment installed carries its manufacturer warranty.

What's Covered

  • Defective parts used in repairs
  • Workmanship issues
  • Recurrence of the same diagnosed problem
  • Installation errors

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage after repair completion
  • Liquid damage to devices
  • Software issues (unless related to our service)
  • Issues caused by misuse or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Problems unrelated to our original repair

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original service order number. We'll assess the issue and, if covered, repair it at no additional cost.
